Great character! Her design is really neat.
My only critique is that her pose is a bit odd. I don't know if you've ever tried out this pose before, but it's kind of unnatural/uncomfortable to hold a gun facing perfectly backwards like that. I think it would look a lot better if (our) left palm (the one holding the gun) was facing towards her body instead of facing backwards towards us. The feet should both be pointing the same direction as well (again, it's another thing that's just very unnatural/uncomfortable to do).

Aside from that, it's a really nice piece. I'd love to see what you do with her in the future.
